Very warm and friendly welcome by receptionist with a glass of cava. Helpful with advice and recommendations to eat. Room very clean with everything you need including free soft drinks in mini bar. Location perfect for all attractions no more than 5-10 min walk. Great rooftop plunge pool and sky bar for evening drinks looking across the river. Nothing to fault with this Hotel, a absolute recommendation.

The hotel was fantastic from the moment we walked in. Everything was polished and clean. Teresa on the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. She gave plenty of good information regarding the area and was a fantastic host. We - by chance - ended up having our stay towards the end of the Vela de Santa Ana festival, our room looked out onto the river so we watched the fireworks from our bed. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were all lovely including the cleaners. Thank you so much.

The hotel staff are very attentive & responsive especial Sergio, Sebas & Rey at the terrace for breakfast and for Jesus at front desk. The rooms are very clean & well maintained. The hotel staff are courteous & friendly. It feels like home because we are well rested after a good night sleep -the bed & pillows are the best! Our special thanks to Senora Ma Del Mar Murillo for upgrading our room & for the bottle of champagne on our last night. Thank you Hotel Kivir for making our first time in Seville an enjoyable & memorable one.

Great location with soundproof rooms, good English tv channels, and a great rooftop lounge to view the river and sunset. Restaurants everywhere. Parking right behind hotel at 17.50 euro per day. Bull ring and flamenco dinner/dance within a block. About 10-15 minute walk from most other major sights.

Lovely small modern hotel. Rooms are fairly small but certainly big enough for a few days. Great location & although there’s a main road outside between the hotel & the river, no noise could be heard at all in the room. Lovely terrace on the 4th floor with great views over the river. Little plunge pool to dip in to cool off with about 6 deckchairs next to it. Staff all lovely, very helpful & gave some great advice on local tapas places to eat.

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the river next to Tiriana bridge and walking distance to the main scenic and historic sights and lots of bars and restaurants. Despite being in the historic district we were surprised at how modern the hotel rooms are, with a modern bathroom and lots of usb charging points in the bedroom etc. The staff on reception all week were friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile and greeting. Comfortable, friendly, great location and reasonably priced so we would definitely stay here again if returning to Seville and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a beautiful luxurious hotel. Hotel Kivir is right by the river in the center of Seville and an easy walk to sites such as Real Alcazar, cathedral, Setas de Seville and shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. Organized taxis and tours for us. We booked a junior suite. The room was enormous and luxuriously appointed with robes, complimentary mini bar and snacks. Even a pillow menu! The breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the river which is in the shade in the morning. The hotel is listed as 4 stars. It really should be 5.
