Potentially nice. But noisy, and doors slam and echo. Smoking everywhere. Creepy vibe. Many young men who don't seem to be travellers....more like they have housing there as immigrant shelter. Many men seem to hang out all day smoking, then sweep for a few min. WiFi Not Secure. Check in was sloppy. I was given broken key, and was made to go up and down flights several times to remedy this. Men and women bathrooms are side by side, no lock till you enter stall. I would not recommend to anyone till they make it more pleasant and safer.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per 4 notti ed è stata una brutta esperienza. Il riscaldamento nelle stanze e nei corridoi era a 0. Oltre a questo, mi sono trovata a dover chiamare per due giorni consecutivi la reception causa sporcizia nel pavimento dei bagni (dentro la doccia ho anche trovato cenere sparsa e nel water un mozzicone di sigaretta). Il personale è cordiale; ma la gestione della pulizia all’interno della struttura è imbarazzante.

Struttura a dir poco Magica..sia strutturalmente che per come è gestita personale molto gentile e attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza .Cena con prodotti di qualità e ottimo vino.Lo consiglio sia per un soggiorno di lavoro o di vacanza.Tornerò sicuramente! Grazie ..

a bit expensive for a hostel

the property is a nice old convent, The rooms were clean and also the towels and be sheets. Because of the height of the rooms, the heating system was not enough to warm up the room. The breakfast was simple but fresh, they offered fresh croissant with any kind of coffee you like with bread and jam and corn flakes. Honestly I think the price is high for a hostel, it is similar to a 3 star hotel.

Lovely setting and friendly staff

Didn't get to stay at this property as was moved to a different hotel at short notice. It was not a problem. I did meet the staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. The building and settings look great but didn't get to see the rooms. Car parking at the back of the property is in Via De Servi and is where the barrier is. Be careful not to park outside of the barriers as it seems there is strict parking enforcement. Reception is open 24hrs.
