Super fun place to walk into. The room did smell musty , like something was wet and trying to dry . The shower head does not have a strong flow and the bed can be a little better as you can feel the springs . I did sleep well though . For a couple of days , it is fine to stay in

pleasant environment Good for the money A bit noisy but not a major problem safe place situated right in the plaza and lot so restaurant and places to visit taxi from and to the airport can be arrange for 10 US dollars if you call ahead to make arrangement. A guy and his wife will pick you up and drop you off. be nice and give 15 to 20 dollars. the guys at the airport gonna ask for 35 to 40 dollars but bargain for 20

This hotel has much potential. It is obvious that the new management is trying to make it special. We found a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in our room on Valentine’s Day. Had issues with the AC but the manager was attentive and tried to take care of it right away. Can’t wait to come back to see how it has improved! Fun deco!

While this establishment benefits from a prime location and holds significant potential, my experience was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. The carpets were heavily stained and appeared dirty from wear, and the overall room quality was subpar. My assigned room lacked windows, creating a claustrophobic atmosphere, and the entire hallway had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the décor and furniture were of low quality, seemingly sourced from IKEA, with some pieces showing noticeable signs of wear and deterioration. With a thorough update, improved cleanliness, and higher-quality furnishings, this place could offer a much better experience for guests.

My experience at this hotel was one of the worst I have ever had. There was no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a place that is supposed to provide comfort to its guests. Additionally, there is no parking available, making it even more difficult to stay, as there is no secure place to leave your vehicle. The noise in the hotel is unbearable; you can hear everything, including conversations from other rooms. This makes it impossible to rest or enjoy a peaceful environment. The staff is insufficient and lacks the professionalism expected. My reservation was for four nights, but due to the poor conditions, I was only able to stay for one. However, when I requested a refund for the unused nights, they informed me that only one day’s refund would be granted, citing misleading and dishonest policies that clearly do not prioritize customer satisfaction. In summary, this hotel is, in my opinion, the worst on the island. I have stayed at motels that offer better quality and service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
