50 Euros to clean, after each stay. Outrageous!

At 70 Euro per night this accommodation is expensive for two and then a 50 Euro per stay cleaning fee was added. This is written in the small print on the Hotels.com website. I was shocked as such large amounts of money were removed from my bank account. The apartment itself was large, clean and reasonably comfortably but the promised patio area consisted of a gravel patch behind a garage in full view of the road and had only a picnic table. The neighbouring apartment occupant also had access to this area. It was not private and breakfast on the patio would not have been pleasant. Thankfully the weather was too cool to allow its use. The bed is of a twin type with two separate mattresses and duvets and the mattresses are, rather unnecessarily, covered with a waterproof sheet. The bed sheet was worn, “pilled” and uncomfortable. These are small things which have a big impact upon a stay. The area is lovely but a visit to the castles necessitates an early rise if you want to avoid the worst of the crowds. It is tremendously busy after 10am. We left the apartment at 8am, queued for tickets and the tour still felt rushed and crowded. There was a very large queue to get in even with reserved online tickets at that time and most people walked up the very long and steep incline to each castle, whose opulence is jaded, but worth seeing. It will be ongoing for some time. A return visit is required but we will not stay at Haus Ingrid.

Заказывая отель, не ожидали, что он такой классный!!!! Буду рекомендовать друзьям и не исключаю возможности в нем остановиться еще раз!!! Спальня, гостиная, кухня, ванная, отдельный выход на улицу, где была бесплатная парковка и большой обеденный стол - все это было в нашем распоряжении. Спасибо хозяину - веселому и добродушному человеку! Очень чисто, достойно, ненавязчиво. Есть украинско- (русско-)говорящий персонал. Для путешественников с машиной - вариант супер. Замки близко, термы - рядом, Фюссен тоже не далеко. На кухне есть все для комфортного проживания. Современный, уютный отель. Рекомендую, не пожалеете!!!! Еще раз благодарю хозяина и девушку Нину - нашу землячку!!!!
