A very nice hotel in Mountain View, it feels very trendy, clean, and classy. The room was very comfortable and the staff very accommodating. This was also right near where we wanted to be so we will likely be back. We enjoyed our stay.

Falsely Charged for Water I Never Used

I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed by an unprofessional incident. Despite not consuming the bottled water in the room, I was charged seven dollars. The front desk simply blamed the housekeeping team and claimed it was out of their hands, which felt very unprofessional. It gave the impression that the housekeeping staff were more focused on creating unnecessary charges than on providing honest and professional service. Such behavior comes across as desperate for profit at the expense of guest trust, which is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the issue promptly.
