Just passing through…

Sebastian is a very accomodating host. He runs a hotel that has seen better times. It has nice antique furniture in the (our) room. Nice touch but not very comfy. The room could do with a fan (AC would be even better) combined with a mosquito screen. The hotel has a bar and a nice courtyard restaurant where we had a nice diner. Big plus since the town does not offer that many options (that we know of. Conclusion: we prefer this to a (low end) chain hotel, mainly because of the host and the in-house restaurant.

El hotel es muy viejo, sin enchufes( tenía un ladrón para poder enchufar varias cosas, con el riesgo que conlleva) , sin aire acondicionado (había 36 grados). En el baño no había enchufes y era muy viejo.

Établissement style landais très agréable. Accueil très appréciable et agréable. Chambre bien équipée avec une literie confortable, petit plus avec le ventilateur très appréciable en saison estivale et caniculaire. Le petit déjeuner : avec les viennoiseries et le pain directement cherchés chez le boulanger à proximité de l’hôtel, pour une fraîcheur optimale. Café , thé, jus de fruits. Un régal pour bien commencer son escapade. Adresse à retenir.

Bon Séjour/Cuisine top qualité

Nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes, ce qui a rafraîchit la chambre. Pas de moustiques nous avons bien dormi. Grande salle de bain, lit confortable. Nous avons mangé un magret de canard et une assiette de la mer exceptionnelle. Quelle plaisir ce repas... Le restaurant cuisine des produits locaux a des prix abordables.

A ce tarif ce n'est pas du vol mais du viol. 120 € la nuit, mais ça ne vaut même pas la moitié. C'est propre, mais hyper vétuste. Un petit coup de peinture a été fait avec un poil de déco. Mais absolument tout le reste date des années 80. Bruyant, mûrs en papiers. SDB vétuste. Tout vétuste. Pas de petit déjeuné !!! Marqué possible e 7h30 à 10h mais rien fermé.... Bref une honte.
