We understand that our stay from February 6–8 took place during a fully booked period with a conference at the hotel. When we checked in, Jakub Ko was extremely helpful and did everything he could to accommodate us. We truly appreciate his assistance. The night-shift staff member was also very kind and helpful, although I unfortunately do not remember her name — she also deserves our thanks.
However, we had repeated issues with the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Even though the reception had already charged us for breakfast, we were stopped at the entrance and told that we had not paid. We explained that the payment had been made, but the F&B reception still refused to let us in. After checking, it turned out that only one room had been registered as paid. Instead of allowing us to pay directly there, we were told to go back down to the reception to sort it out.
The attitude of the F&B reception was particularly disappointing — they were not welcoming, their tone was unfriendly, and we did not feel acknowledged as guests. This did not happen just once, but on both mornings, which left us very dissatisfied with the overall experience.
