This is a wonderful place to stay while in Hanoi. It’s located at the heart of the Old Quarter, with a rooftop bar overlooking the lake, and a jacuzzi. The staff at the hotel are the best I have ever come across. They are truly proud of their hotel and do everything they can to ensure you have the best experience possible - and all without the expectation of a tip. Truly exceptional. The location is right in the heart of old town so most everything is walkable. Grace organized tickets for us to the New Year’s Eve celebration on the rooftop, and we had an incredible view of the fireworks. We are highly recommend the hotel.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! We truly felt at home — the rooms were spotless, fully equipped, and the staff… well, how can I even describe them? They were some of the kindest and warmest people we’ve ever met — every single one of them. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, but both during check-in and check-out, several staff members helped us with our luggage and children. My warmest recommendation goes to both the hotel’s wonderful facilities and its incredibly kind staff. We will definitely be coming back!
