We had a suite with a separate bedroom, which was nice. I knew I had to ask to have the room cleaned, and I talked with the front desk clerk about having the room cleaned. I was advised that a "refresh" was scheduled every two nights, but I could ask for it more often. I understood this to mean the room would be cleaned. Instead, all that was done was clean bathroom towels were put in, kitchen towels taken but not replaced, and a winter-style comforter put on the bed (when it was 90 degrees outside). No garbage was taken out of the containers, the comforter was put on top of an unmade bed, and nothing was cleaned. That night I asked to have the room cleaned, realizing that a refresh is not the same as a cleaning, and it was then scheduled for the next day. Make sure you understand the terminology that a refresh is not a cleaning. But even a refresh should have meant a little more than just putting in new bathroom towels.
