My bathroom had mold in the sink as well as the edge of the tub surround. The hair dryer did not work. The mattress was terrible and the cheap microfiber sheets had me waking up sweating with the room thermostat set at 68! I'm probably too generous with my ranking honestly. The highlight was the breakfast attendant who did a great job and was very nice to interact with.

In the lobby , it wasn’t family friendly. There were some people in the lobby playing pool, not properly and more people came in from their group. They smelled of pot and a lot of swearing. They were there for hours and we were hoping to be able to play some board games and play pool but we were not able to because of the large group of inconsiderate people. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion were very lovely. If we were to come back I wouldn’t want to be on the 3rd floor, it sounded like someone was stomping above us all night long. The breakfast in the morning was delicious.
