Adorable hotel with the biggest room that we stayed in in five cities in Europe. Excellent location with access to everything we wanted to do. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also a restaurant attached to this hotel where they serve breakfast for the guests. It was very nice.

They even helped ship my wife's purse back that she forgot in their lobby on our way to the airport! The hotel was very clean and had a great history that the owner told us about as we were checking in. It was located in a great area that was close to great shops and restaurants, with a great view of one of the canals. I'd definitely stay here again!

Lives up to its name, Charming Palace!!

A little difficult to find, but had great help. The room was very nice and had a nice view of the canal and outside area. It rained in the evening and was nice to have the window open and enjoy the sounds of the rain. Staff was very helpful, wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was fantastic, 10 minute walk from train, 20 min walk to dodges palace, surrounded by local restaurants and shops. The owner was very kind and the rooms were clean, comfort and the perfect temperature. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Also — owner runs a restaurant beside the hotel with the perfect aperol spritz to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.

We had a beautiful room with a canal view. Everything was clean and what was needed was there. They were kind enough let us stow our luggage there after check out until we head to the airport. The staff was all very kind and personable. Check in was confusing as have to go to a connecting hotels reception desk but that was our only minor problem.

This little spot was absolutely perfect! Very BNB vibe and homey, but with plenty of privacy and freedom. The location could not have been better, and we loved our room!! We had two windows facing the canal and one facing a small piazza. There's a bar right next door that stays open late and has amazing tapas. Can't wait to stay here again!

we booked the suite for the family and we enjoyed our stay - the hosts made it easy and it was a beautiful venetian boutique hotel. restaurant downstairs was amazing with great food and with the canal running right next to it meant easy access to water taxi to get from and to the airport - easy access to rialto bridge. just had fun and great memories to live by - will return for sure
