Amazing ocean front views! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money, however, I don't think I would stay again. There are approx. 200m of stairs to get to the hotel. Can be challenging for some, especially those who like to explore outside the property. There are porters to assist with your luggage. The hotel restaurant was a little overpriced compared to restaurants in the area. Scooter rentals, massage services are available. If you're able-bodied, I would recommend staying at least once for the stunning views.

Absolutely breathtaking, unique, dreamy hotel! The staff was extremely accommodating, there are scooter rentals onsite, the restaurant is delicious, and we could see the entire horizon right from bed. The beach is stunning with shells at every step. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful occasion

Hotel was lovely with a fabulous location. There are approx. 200 steps to get down to the location then more to get to the hotel but the hotel do warn you of this in advance. They also have porters to help carry your luggage if you require. Room was a bit dated but has character and the rope lounger aboce the ocean is nice and relaxing to sunbathe on.

Don't take any heavy luggage, it's on a cliff and a lot of stairs. Get ready for a hike but the view at the top is amazing. I don't recommend if you are not fit and don't like walking. The rooms were extremely clean. The avocado toast had hardly any avocado on it.

A unique property away from the hustle. Stunning ocean front views were breathtaking. Access was a mission with 282 steps (yes we counted) and with the rain we had to wait for it to stop so we could venture out. Also, there is a 300 meter narrow one way road from the main road to the top of the carpark (before the steps). Drivers were good at navigating this windy road. The trade off for the road and steps was the views once you got there. It really is a special place. We didn’t eat at Le Cliff, instead we ate at the adjoining property (Dreamsea). Staff were lovely. Can’t comment on food at Le Cliff.

Great views, overpriced hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. All our luggage’s was carried down to the hotel, and back up when we left. At a first glance this was a great place with fantastic views. After having stayed for a couple of hours it was not very nice. Bed was very used, hard and uneven. The room was so small that we had to store our luggage under the bed. When it rained on the first night it rained into our room through the front door, so it was very wet. The restaurant had cockroaches.. We checked out less than 24 hours after having arrived (without a refund, we knew that we couldn’t get that because of the T&C’s). We were very happy to leave and get to another place.

Good views, not so good area and service.

No mention of the treacherous stairs involved getting down the cliff and then the half a metre stairs once inside the accomodation. Everything is tight and narrow and very easy to hurt your self especially if you’re carrying luggage. The views how ever are amazing once finally inside the room. No complimentary water, no front door lock on the bottom rooms where the kitchen and fridge is. Front desk called for help with our bags to take up stairs but over 20 minute wait. Won’t be back here again and I’d advise doing if you are really fit and have no luggage.

This location is hard to beat, clinging to the cliff side, not ideal if you're not fit enough to walk the steep steps... but really breathtaking. The staff are very down to earth and willing to help. Wasn't impressed with the room itself, aside the view it was damp and the bedding and towels smelt. Ants were an issue and our room was alongside the reception so a little noisy, smoke smells and we were interrupted by other guests looking for staff early in the morning. They didn't seem to know we were coming and this took time to resolve. We payed top price for our room. Not good value if you're looking for something special. Wasn't happy to be charged for the instant coffee! A super cool, friendly spot but over priced!

Worst experience ever!!!

This was one of the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I assume the owner and staff have done their best to make customers satisfied but with me, totally failed. The isolation is really bad. You hear your neighbors and all sounds outside the room and the ventilation was bad. The water pressure and flow both in the sink, shower and toilet were not even working properly. You’re turning on the water to wash your face and suddenly a water explosion makes you totally wet with a big sound. But most of all, the room did NOT look like in the photos. Far from it!!! The bed was inconvenient and made sounds when you move. We asked to change room but got offered one that smelled strong mold. Really not satisfied and don’t recommend this place.

Staff was not very helpful. Though the restaurant was to be open from 8-8:30 , there was no one really to service you as stated. We ended up eating at next door Dream Seas. Also, a credit was due me to an upgrade that went unused. Lots of difficulty getting their onsite staff To understand. This is STILL a unsatisfied action. Lots of noise from other rooms. Could hear thru walls. Lastly, lots of steps—not only to get to property which was expected since they are at bottom of cliff but within hotel. Crazy twisty turvy steps without rails . Very uneven and they cross over floors and rooms in a mad design. We made the must if it as the beach was very fun to explore but if you like service, ease, and comfort—I do NOT recommend

Vilken upplevelse få bo extremt nära stranden. Utanför rummet så slog vågorna upp mot sovrumsfönstret vid högvatten. Endast några få enstaka trappsteg så var du på beachen. Visst var det rejält brant att ta sig ned till boendet men väl där så uppslukas du av alla intryck. Packa en lätt packning och bra skor. Personalen är mycket service minded. Maten var mycket god. Det här är en plats att ta det lugnt på utan tv. Unna dig en massage och spela spel istället om du inte vill surfa.

Super smukt sted, men meget klaustrofobisk. Man kan tydeligt mærke (og lugte) at på grund af de mange aber i området, så bliver der ikke luftet ud. Sengetøjet er fugtigt og lugter jordslået. Desværre en super dårlig oplevelse, som jeg ikke vil anbefale andre.

2 star hotel with a 5 star view

We stayed in room #6 which is the largest and only room with outdoor bathroom. They’ve done a nice job with the room. As others have noted noise from above is very prevalent. Your experience may revolves around your neighbors. We stayed in another room ad well, #5 and it had moisture issues due to a poorly planned bathroom and bad layout. Also, considerable noise from neighbors but still got some rest. They have a makeshift kitchen for light room service -skip it! Dreamsea food next door is hit and miss. Good food options 15min walk uphill, place with No Name was our favorite. Lots of stairs...I repeat lots of treacherous stairs around the property. Worth a night or two for the view if you get a big discount on rate- we booked last minute and saved. The staff is friendly and helpful.
