La habitación descuidada, a las camas solo les faltaba que se le salieran los resortes , no tiene clima, al llegar nos dieron una habitación con una cama King size cuando había apartado un cuarto con una matrimonial y una individual , me hicieron el cambio pero estuvo peor, pasé una noche muy mala sin poder descansar

Hotel con entrada mal señalada, el personal sin capacidad para resolver nada, a pesar que en la reservación el cobro fue por una habitación con clima al llegar nos asiganaron un cuarto sin clima , con un ventilador de pedestal, no nos resolvían nada, su “unica” opción con tal de vender fue pagar más por un cuarto con clima, lo tuvimos que hacer, no entregaron recibo pero parece un truco para sacar dinero
