Waited over 2 hours with 3 kids to get in. Standing in the freezing cold ringing oyo numerous times who couldn't help one bit. A passerby gave us a number and it was a property manager who then gave us our codes to enter. Not a great experience at all.

Dårlig info rundt innsjekking. Mottok ingen info på forhånd. Tlfnr til overnattingstedet på hotel.com sine sider var feil. Holdt på å ringe i nesten to timer før vi fikk hjelp til å komme oss inn på rommet. Skitne kopper og fat. Dårlig utstyrt. Manglet doruller, vaskekluter. Manglet lyspærer i 4 lamper. Lovely apartment only faults were that beds weren’t very comfy and the shower didn’t go down well so we had to wait long periods in between showers for water to empty out
