Our group comes for the Christmas shopping. It's convenient and close to the Premium outlet stores and is a good base for the additional shopping we do. We stay at the hotel rather than go back and forth from home. Breakfast availability helps save time looking for places to go. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Overall, we had a good stay and would consider coming back. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and met our needs well. Staff and the overall experience were positive. A couple of small things kept it from being a full 5 stars. At breakfast, the waffles were a little too crispy for our taste. Also, the ice machine on our floor was out of ice, but we were able to find plenty on other floors, so it was more of a minor inconvenience than a real problem. Overall, it was a solid stay with just a few small issues. I’d still rate it 4 stars and would recommend it to others looking for a good place to stay.
