We only booked here because it is smoke friendly and my father was here for a banquet. The room was dirty, the floor was slick and there were roaches everywhere!

I spend 4 nights and 5 days on that room and nobody went to clean the room, change the towels, the trash, nothing, I’ve asked towels two times on different days and the ladies of the housekeeping were very rude and didn’t gave me anything. Bed bugs everywhere. When we check in at the first day the towels and blankets on the room were dirty and looks like nobody changed it. The worst experience in hotels.
