Misleading Photos, Unsafe Rooms, and Poor Cleanliness
I booked this hotel based on glowing reviews, attractive photos, and its advertised “non-smoking” policy. The reality was completely different.
• Room #1: Reeked of cigarette smoke despite the non-smoking policy. Door lock was broken.
• Room #2: No smoke smell, but overwhelming cheap perfume odor. Door lock also broken.
• Room #3: Finally had a functioning lock, but the in-room phone was dead and unplugged. When I pulled the nightstand away to plug it in, the area behind was filthy.
After three room changes, the issues were consistent: broken locks, poor maintenance, and unacceptable cleanliness. While the staff reassigned me each time, the problems were systemic, not isolated.
I will be posting pictures with this review to show the actual condition of the rooms — they are nothing like the polished, professional photos in the advertisements. In my opinion, those photos are highly misleading.
I chose to skip the included breakfast entirely because the lack of cleanliness in the rooms made me question the hygiene and safety of the food.
This was a deeply disappointing stay. I will not return, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone until there are major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and honesty in advertising.
