Minha experiência foi bastante negativa. Logo na chegada, senti falta de informações básicas por parte do recepcionista. Não houve qualquer explicação clara sobre a garagem: qual elevador utilizar, como acessar corretamente ou mesmo a organização do local. Em razão disso, acabei indo parar em outro prédio, errando o caminho diversas vezes, tendo que entrar e sair da garagem repetidamente, o que foi extremamente desgastante e constrangedor. Além disso, o hotel aparenta descuido geral na manutenção. É visível que o local precisa de mais atenção e cuidados. No quarto, apesar de estarmos em duas pessoas, havia apenas um sabonete, o que demonstra falta de atenção aos detalhes mais simples de hospedagem. O café da manhã foi outro ponto muito negativo. Pouquíssimas opções, variedade extremamente limitada e, para piorar, presenciei funcionários consumindo os alimentos junto aos hóspedes, pegando pães e bolos com a mão, sem uso de utensílios adequados. Enquanto comiam ao lado do local onde os alimentos estavam dispostos, eles conversavam, ao mesmo tempo em que iam pegando comida e comendo, enfim... Nunca tinha visto isso em nenhum hotel, e tive uma sensação de desorganização e falta de higiene. Isso era por volta de 7h30 da manhã. De modo geral, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado, especialmente em aspectos básicos como atendimento, organização, limpeza e qualidade do café da manhã.
