This was the best hotel experience in our Hokkaido trip! Service was top-notched and the staff was treated you with genuine care, give us home feelings and very patient even if we can’t speak Japanese. 어머니께서 온천 가고 싶어하셔서, 다녀왔습니다. 정말 만족해 하셨어요. 저희 부부와 어머니 이렇게 세명이서 다녀왔는데, 저희 셋다 또 오자고 약속했습니다. 내부 공간 자체가 예술이고, 대욕장과, 방 안에 있는 내부 온천 말할 것도 없고, 뷰도 정말 아름답고요. 가이세끼도 맛있었습니다. 직원분들 다 친절하시고, 무엇보다 프라이빗한 공간에서 조용히 머물며 온전히 온천과 하나가 되어 가족끼리 쉴 수 있어 행복했습니다.

직원들도 친절하시고 가이세키가 정말 완벽했어요! 아침도 평소엔 밥 아예 안 먹는데 두 공기나 먹을 정도로 맛있는 한상차림 이었습니다. 노천탕 개인탙 할 것 없이 수질관리, 청소 모두 완벽하고 흠 잡을 곳 없었습니다. 본관 2층에서 머물렀는데 전 이용하진 않았지만 엘리베이터도 있습니다. 오타루항이 보이는 온천이 정말 매력적이었어요!!
