Como foi apenas uma noite não posso avaliar tanto assim, apenas achei fraco o café da manhã, poucas opções de alimentos e bebidas bem como só tinha um elevador funcionando, o que demorava bastante a locomoção.

O atendimento dos funcionários é bom, o conforto do quarto também. Mas, a estrutura, no geral, requer alguns ajustes. Dois elevadores estavam quebrados prejudicando o deslocamento dos hóspedes, especialmente no acesso ao café. Em tempo de chuva, o acesso ao café também fica bastante prejudicado.

Muito ruim, o hotel possui 03 elevadores, todos estavam quebrados. Quando chegamos, por volta das 18h 01 dos elevadores funcionava muito mal. Um dos hospedes que ja esfava ha mais tempo no hotel, nos sinalizou que aquele mesmo elevador estava defeituoso, por vezes parava e que ao procurar o responsavel do hotel pada falar a respeito, foi lhe dito que aquele problema seria resolvido no mesmo dia. Reparo este que nao ocorreu e precisamos usar as escadas por 03 vezes eu e minha esposa para nos locomover do 9° andar. Pra nao ficarmos presos no hotel. Hoje pela manhã quando fomos tomar café o restaurante estava inundado. Muita água tomava cerca de 40% do piso do restaurante. Água que nao foi retirada e o local nao foi interditado.

Hotel sujo, quartos nao eram limpos tds os dias , roupa de cama e toalha eram tricados a cd 2 dias. Tinha 3 elevadores, porém somente 1 funcionava, elevador sujo, janelas, portas e corredores sujos. Oferece estacionamento gratuito, mas na hr cobra 20 por dia. Não volto jamais.

não tenho muito o que falar, a localização é agradavel, o atendimento foi bom, a só teve 2 pontos que me deixou a desejar: 1 de 3 elevadores, apenas 1 estava funcionando, e a Piscina estava totalmente suja e ninguem podia entrar, não pude aproveitar nenhum dia da nela, infelizmente, paguei mais caro por conta dela e terminou sendo dinheiro perdido.
