The staff were very accommodating and the room was what I needed for the trip to visit family. They quickly responded when my first room’s door was out of charge and I couldn’t get in, and again addressed my concerns rapidly when the second room had the refrigerator door open as soon as I got in. Customer service, quality of the bed, and quietness of the room in spite of proximity to a busy road were phenomenal

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location with close proximity to shops, restaurants and the Willowbrook Mall. Staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. There is a really cute lobby area with a fireplace, cozy seating and co-working spaces. The restaurant and bar area is spacious, and the food was very good. I will stay here again for sure.

Very good location if with a big family and don’t mind driving or commuting into NYC! there’s nearby Path lines or buses and parking on site is free and safe. Also a target next door that’s helpful for last minute needs. Bathroom is clean and beds are comfy.

Right from check in, we were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was clean. Housekeeping came daily and made sure beds were made, towels were replaced, and also vacuumed! I would definitely stay here again. The pool was also great to have during winter season!
