Staff was fantastic. We had a late arrival (11.30pm) and were treated with first class service. As there were no restaurants or stores open at this time the concierge put together a snack bag for us. She was very thoughtful and nice providing as much info she could about the island and hotel. When we arrived to our room she called us to make sure we found the room ok. The resort itself was fantastic and we had an ocean view so perfect view of the beach and ocean. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We had reserved another hotel in a different area of the island. We changed our minds and booked the Sheraton Kauai. We are so glad we did. We wanted a relaxed atmosphere on the beach and this place delivered. Staff was always friendly. Hanging by the pool was nice because we could order food and drinks. The room was very spacious with a great view of the ocean. The small water bottles every day were an appreciated gesture. Will definitely return.
