Located in a quiet alley but walking distance to many temples and attractions, really a great location in Old City of Chiang Mai. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, very welcoming and accommodating. I had smaller issues with the room which was all immediately taken care of. The room could use a little update (e.g. shower curtain) but other than that well maintained and cleaned every day. Two days there was a little construction going on at the pool but only for limited hours, did not bother me much. Breakfast is served fresh (they have different options which are fine if you only stay a couple of days). Plus they have rice porridge and fresh fruit also!
