Wonderful staff. Bathtub did not drain. Was not informed of loud ongoing construction beforehand - or at least it was not very clear when making the reservation .

They are undergoing a major renovation that was unknown when I book. The jack hammer, and it honestly was a jack hammer started at 9 am. Also the valet parking garage is closed in the building, but you still pay $40+ dollars for valet, but then you have to wait 35 minutes to get your car, not because there was a line but they are using another garage in 1/2 mile away.

Construction underway until June 2026, only 2 of 4 elevators were working. Elevators were packed with guest and construction workers and sometimes they were very long waits especially if you had your bags you could not squeeze in!Very noisy with the construction and valet parking was slow.

$40 valet was the only parking option available. Horribly noisy during the day due to construction inside the building. My room was clean and the staff were pleasant. No complimentary breakfast. It was ok but way too expensive for what you get.

The Sheraton did not provide housecleaning, there was noisy construction daily 9-5 (no notice was provided), there appeared to be one regularly working elevator, the hathroom is poorly designed (toilet too close to the tub and 3' to the toilet paper).
Would nit recommend.

Great, personable service. I am looking forward to staying again after the renovation. My only complaint is that Hotels.com did not mention that the hotel is under major renovation. They have done a great job adapting to meet guests’ needs during the upheaval. It just would have been nice to know when I booked.
