The hotel Murano needs a renovation. There were lots of furniture scuffs, the drawers to the dresser kept rolling out, and our blinds would not go all the way down. The service in the Bite restaurant was terrible. Our server Leticia was super slow, there were barely any tables and she couldn’t remember anytime we asked for a side of sauce, a refill on drinks, an incorrect drink order. I always leave 20% tips and I left her about 10% it was completely irritating as there was no one in the restaurant I kept overhearing her talk about what a “busy “day it was because of Alaska Airlines grounding a lot of flights. But at the point we were in the restaurant there was barely anyone there and her service still sucked! For that reason alone, I would never eat in that restaurant again. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. I would not stay here again.
