Entering the hotel seemed clean at first, but as I continued to look around, I quickly realized it wasn’t so clean. We took a chance and continued our stay at the hotel. Also, be prepared to pay for parking (which I think is ridiculous!) Once entering the room, I was overwhelmed with a chemical smell that was unbearable to stand. Went back to the front desk, and the clerk was helpful and quickly change my room. He went to the original room, and he too was slapped in the face with this unpleasant smell. The second room smelled so much better, but seemed dirty with hair on the bathroom floor and small food crumbs. I strongly believe that the cleaning crew should take more pride in their work in having the rooms a lot more presentable. Needless to say, I probably won’t stay her again. You will get what you pay for.

ONLY because it was close to Six Flags

Everything about the room itself was great. However, we werent pleased with the breakfast options. Very watered down juices, old fruit, stale bagels and cereal. Need security or staff to be walking perimeter of hotel. There were guests smoking marijuana for quite some time at the side entrance. Need to take action faster when complaints of guests making excessive noise in the rooms (kids jumping around and screaming)

Good for what we needed

It was good for what we got it for. Something close to the venue we were gonna perform at. But it was dirty, and the lobby bathroom didn’t have paper towels or tissue for 2 days. Breakfast wasn’t very good either. But it was comfy in the room, cold (like we like it) and quiet. So I’d give it 3.5 out of 5 stars

The breakfast was not restocked after asking. They were consistently out of breakfast food. The bathroom was not clean the was pee on the back of the toilet upon arrival. Dirty tub and hair in it. Our room door (209) wouldn't shut. You had to throw your body against it while quickly turning the deadbolt or it would not close.

Hilton brand with Motel 6 service.

I thought I'd give this hotel a try since it's by Hilton. But it was a disappointment. Maybe "the spark-by Hilton" is designed that way. Breakfast was by far the worst experience. I just tried coffee. The seating area was very limited. The hallways too narrow. They did not mention the room size when I made the reservation, i think that was deliberate because the rooms were smaller, 4 of us had hard time moving around in the room. I don't understand the $100 charge for incidentals and the reimbursement takes more than 2 days. I got charged $4 per day for parking. This proves brand names don't necessarily mean the best experience.

Not Hilton’s standards

Easy check in and out. Inexpensive self parking $5. Comfortable beds. Dirty microwave plate, mold in the bathtub, wet towel hanging from shower rod, broken lotion dispenser. Dirty elevator and ice machine and water refill station. Didn’t complain since I only spent 15 hrs on the property. Wrote an email to management and after 5 days they haven’t responded.
