The hotel is nice modern and new.
However, the service has been just not proper: Due to flight cancellations , I had reserved two nights. At 6 am of the second day, I was told that the flight would operate so I asked the manager to cancel the second day. I left the room at 7 am, and they had the room for all the second day. My request to cancel the second day was very politely rejected. Unfortunately, ”sorry sir” doesn’t come in place of 250 USD.
It is right that the written contract allows them to do it, but to take a full day while the guest even weren’t in the room, is just not right.
Hyatt has obtained this time my 250 dollars, but definitely, will not see me or any of my relatives any more.
