Wow! The staff was incredible!! There was an issue with the keycard entry on our door which meant we needed to change rooms. It could have been frustrating and put a damper on the weekend but the staff went well out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Anita, Samson, Carla and Darin were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. It was a very refreshing change from customer service these days! Our room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great! My kids loved the pool and the full-sized indoor basketball court! What a hit! We will definitely be staying here again.
