We arrived at the 4pm check-in time and it took less than 5 minutes. The room was clean and the king size bed and pillows was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and everything was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel in you're staying in Charleston, WV. Also, it is within walking distance to the Town Center Colosseum - very convenient.

Rooms are clean and comfortable; however, the halls need carpet replacements and restaurant/bar area need some refreshing, textiles are worn on seating. We paid extra for parking and breakfast and was taken aback when a bill was placed on the table while we were eating even though room number was provided and had to confirm with front desk that payment was not required. Beware if you have paid for the service don't pay again. The location was excellent short walk to the event we were attending.

It is very close to the center for concerts. Looks nice when you walk in not for sure if they were just short staffed when we were there we had to ask for a clean bed clothes there was food in the floor stains on tables dust & hair on the toilet it just overall wasn’t clean. They definitely just put some clean towels in there and made a bed. when I called down to ask for a clean bed clothes they didn’t even apologize. They just sent clean ones up.
