I had booked 2 nights as I was reviewing a boat at the nearby Marina.it was filthy, old, run down. I took an ice cold shower in the morning. I left after the first day as they didn’t offer refunds. I would not recommend

I got put on the top floor with a dog and a baby and my boyfriend. I have the worst anemia and the water was great the first night but the rest of the time it stayed luke warm maybe 10 minutes if that. Very uncomfortable and painful

Pictures online are not what you get once you check in. The smell was bad, very old and run down. TV did not work, frig smelled bad. Flies in the room, killed 4 but more showed up by morning. The room was like a 1970’s flashback or something you would see in a bad horror movie.

Neat and mostly clean. Only one chair. Helpful staff. Shower curtain was dirty. No amenities (soap, shampoo etc). Economy room, worth the price.

Bed fell apart, floor tiles missing, no weatherstripping around door. They moved us to another room without cleaning it, A/C didn’t work, neither did the fridge, trash in tub, clump of hair in the toilet. We packed up and asked for a refund immediately. Had to find another place to stay another 20 minutes further away from our concert. Very inconvenienced and dissatisfied.

Absolutely horrible. Took 4 time to get a room that was "clean " then 4th one the bathroom ceiling was black with mold. The heater was not up to code .

No bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths provided. Asked manager about them he said limited availability and housekeeping would leave some as soon as the could. Came back later, nothing was left inside. Could not take a shower or bath. Non working light fixture on the wall left side of the bed. 2 non working LED light bulbs over the sink replaced one with bulb from non working fixture.

I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the refund- reading the other reviews, this seems to be a common problem*****

The staff was really nice and did what they could but the acutal room was in rough shape. The "remodel" was not complete causing the room to be lacking in seating, no where to hang clothes, no fridge, screws sticking out of the floor in the doorframe, the repainted dresser and table weren't sealed after painted so the paint was already coming off, and we didn't have towels in the room. Until the property is done with remodeling me and my husband do not plan to stay again.

The first room I was put in the door would not lock. I was then switched rooms and the new room smelled like it was just painted. Drawers all had dirt and debris in them. The bathroom showerhead and handle for water were both falling off.

Biggest dump I've ever stayed in. No toilet paper in the room, no holder. Had to set the tp on the tub. No trash at all in the room or bathroom. Only outlet in the room was coming out of the wall. The water valve on toilet was coming out of the wall. There was black marks on the bed sheets that didn't fit the bed. And I don't know if the windows have ever been cleaned. I should have asked for my $50 back. It wasn't worth it! The guy at the front desk was nice enough, but just said sorry. I would add the photos i took but it won't let me upload.

Would never go here again

There was blood on the on the mattress pad and sheets. Went to the office to ask for a refund on the two rooms and they refused to give it. There was some unhappy words sad. Had to pay a 100.00 deposit and now they would not give back the deposit because we were very upset. I live on a budget and I think is crazy because the deposit was suppose to be for damage in the rooms and there was no damage in the rooms. No one even stayed in the rooms that night we left.
