We stayed at your hotel from 27 to 29 December 2025. At check-in, we were informed that our room was upgraded to a premium room at no extra charge. However, the assigned room was located on the 4th-floor attic level and was extremely cold. Even with the air conditioning on, it took nearly two hours to reach a tolerable temperature. Under these conditions, the room upgrade was not satisfactory.
My main concern relates to the breakfast service on 29 December.
The attitude of the male staff member was rude. The breakfast plate served to me contained a hair in the cheese. The plate was taken away without any apology and, in my opinion, returned after only removing the hair. This is unacceptable in terms of hygiene. I have a photo of the incident.
During breakfast, I requested one additional filter coffee and was told it required an extra charge. Considering the hygiene issue and that breakfast was included in my stay, this approach was inappropriate.
I regret choosing this hotel, as the service did not reflect the price paid. I kindly request a written explanation and that this matter be reviewed seriously.
