I lost track of employees that gave us extraordinary service because there were so many of them! From the valet/front desk that helped us get our oversized truck parked in front lot to friendly maid service to staff at the front desk receiving retrieving two Amazon packages I ordered to the friendly bar staff and the person who directed me to the business center so that I can find a quiet place or a Zoom meeting, you ALL truly went above and beyond! The pool closes at 10:00 p.m. not 11:00 p.m. like in the advertisement. Just be aware that if you're looking for a late night pool they will ask you to get out at 10:00 p.m. to clean. The room is great and the front desk staff were very friendly. The lobby has a nice place to gather but if it cold outside it’s cold in that area. Also very loud which can be nice so people can’t listen in on conversations but it was leaning toward the distracting side.
