The only bad thing was our room was not serviced by housekeeping at all during our 3-night stay. Their policy is to service rooms every 2 days. Otherwise a very good hotel. Plenty of free parking.

This is a nice hotel in a safe area. Very convenient to downtown Charleston without staying in the hustle and bustle- parking was great and in a well lit area. Customer service was excellent. Everybody was warm and welcoming. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the complementary breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
