The view is beautiful from the room but I have to update my reservation because the room wasn’t available at 3:30 pm so I have to pay extra fee in order to have a room right away. Bathroom in bad conditions and old. Walking distance from hotel to teatro Juárez and Center is not 5 minutes, it took us 15 minutes, they need to be honest on that information.

Very friendly staff! Incredible views. We loved the walk to and from town (get ready for lots of up and down hills). This is a budget stay. Prepare to bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. Glad they offered bottle water in the main area for us to refill our water. The chain was broken on our toilet. We let the staff know but no one came to fix it so we fixed with a bobby pin.

Absolutely stunning view! The service was amazing! We were a little disappointed with there being hairs in the bed, but the cleaning staff offered to take care of the situation. The view makes it worth it all! It’s stunning watching the sunrise 🌅 and the sunset.

Aunque la aplicación dice pagar en el hotel, te están acosando días antes para hacer el pago o te cancelan la reserva. Recámara sin ventilación muy encerada la recámara. Cama muy chica y colchón muy viejo, se hundido en la parte media.
