Booked this for my parent’s and they both had a horrible stay. No communication from the hotel after booking that it’s a different place.

The hotel has a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Guanajuato. It is located in the heart of the city and you have everything at hand, fun, food, history, really beautiful. The only thing is that you must be ready to climb many many steps other than that everything is very nice. Oh and the attention of the staff is excellen.

The hotel is very close to the center of town and has a lovely view over the church in front of it. The staff was friendly and our room was very clean. We would stay there again. A little difficult to find when arriving because there aren’t any signs at the entrance walkway. Be prepared for stairs at the hotel and all around the city.
