The room had a hole in the wall and water was constantly dripping in the tub . The curtains were disgustingly dirty . There were objects near hallways and kart full of things that came out of rooms . Mattress outside near trash cans and other objects as well . The pool was empty and disgusting .

I’ve stayed at this hotel for the last 6 years when we are in town for the livestock competition. I can honestly say the quality has went down considerably. But, for what we needed it for and the little bit of time we actually spend in the room during the 6 days we are in Perry, it met our needs fine. We have never had an issue with staff or anyone staying on the property and safety has never been a concern. This is just an older hotel that’s extremely budget friendly- if you’re not bougie and don’t need the frills and thrills. This was our last year here as our daughter is graduating and will no longer show livestock - but if we were coming back next year, I’d book again.
