Incredibly rude woman at the front desk who claims, despite 4 people being for the reservation that we aren't allowed towels/cloths for that many people. The fake plants, outdated tvs & computers, the lack of the advertised pool, the crappy furniture, the dirty room, the scratchy bed, the broken phone, no fridge, no ammenities, funky staff.. overall not worth the price.

I wasn’t impressed where we had to park either. There was no way to keep an eye on your vehicle. The room was nice but there was no microwave. Please do yourself a favor and save the trouble and money . This place needs serious renovations. Carpets in the room are sticky. The place is super dirty . Smelly rooms. Coffee maker is in bathroom near toilet seat. Stained towels. They are rude and could not give us an extra hour as a late checkout. They just walk in at 9 am without knocking. No do not disturb signs for doors. Horrible experience.
