Checkin took 45 minutes because the hotel was overbooked. They couldn’t even find my reservation on hotels.com. Eventually they put me in a room of a neighboring hotel, when had local families and people living there. It was a 3rd floor walkup. The neighbors were loud and had laundry spread out all over the place. The hotel never gave me room service and the toilet was broken. Terrible experience overall and I’d strongly advise against staying here. 1/10 hotel. Terrible staff. The location is good, but it’s in a dark, shady alley that is hard to find

The location is less than a minute to the beach and it is one of the cheaper hotels on the Island. The rooms is very basic however and didn't include things like a bin or a mirror. Also, I didn't have any hot water whilst there and was told this couldn't be fixed.

Lautes, dunkles, muffiges Loch

Das Zimmer ist ein schwarzes Loch ohne jeglichem Ausblick und stinkt nach Moder und Schimmel (nicht zuletzt auch von den Betten samt Wanzen). Es hat keine Annehmlichkeiten, kein Warmwasser, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, ja nicht einmal einen einzigen Nagel um irgendwo auch nur irgendetwas aufhängen zu können. Es ist ausgesprochen hellhörig und trotz Rauchverbotes im Zimmer selbst stinkt es obendrauf auch noch nach Zigarettenrauch, weil unmittelbar vor der Türe in einem dunklen, halligen Verschlag unter der Treppe zum 1. Stock die ganze Zeit geraucht und gelärmt wird! Ich hatte noch nie ein so schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Südost-Asien. Es stellt sich nach all den erhöhten Preisen für Hotels, Essen, Taxis, Motorräder, Gebühren und Abgaben, Verboten und Massenturismus,... die Frage, Boracay künftig nicht überhaupt gänzlich zu meiden!!! (da gibt es zahlreiche günstigere und zugleich schönere Alternativen)

The place is just a few walk to the beach, it is very clean but we kinda got tired in looking for it 'cause I thought the staff will pick us up from the roadside buthe just spoke with us and instructed us over the phone, but when we got in to the beach, he also meet us there when we don't know already where to go. About the amenities, they have no free toiletries, we bought our own but that's okay, also there's no hot and cold shower but it's okay cause we're used to it. Overall we still enjoyed staying here although we only have 1 night to enjoy boracay, and the price is very cheap because theres 5 of us yet we only paid less than 2 thousand. Definitely will book again here when we come back in Boracay.

The property was so close to the beach The price was too much though for just sleeping and bathing in it The window inside the bathroom raised some suspicions since it was broken on one side that you would not be able to close it Not much functional fixtures and cabinetry inside the room Loved the space and the firmness of the mattress The air conditioning unit was directed towards one side of the room The bathroom fixtures were not too pleasing The staff were helpful, nice and accommodating

Horror-Aufenthalt

Ich war schon bei der Einfahrt zum Hotel schockiert. Es ging durch eine schmale Gasse ohne Strassenbezeichnung zum Hotel. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, kein Wifi, die Zimmer wurden in den 12 Tagen nie gereinigt, die Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher wurden nie gewechselt. Die Zimmerausstattung war eine reine Katastrophe, da NICHTS vorhanden war ausser einen Plastikstuhl. Ich musste mir einen kleinen Tisch und eine Kleiderstange selbst besorgen gehen. Mein Zimmer hatte keinen Fenster und der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Das Einzige was man hier am wenigsten bemängeln kann ist die Umgebung. Man kommt schnell zum schönen Strand. Jedoch stimmt hier das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Aussage vom Management: Wenn's euch nicht passt, könnt Ihr auch gehen. Beschämend so etwas. Nie wieder!

The staff are nice, especially Marco. He was accommodating and answered our questions. He even gave tips where we can eat and go for cheaper peices. The price was quiet affordable given that it was beachfront.
