The front desk person was absolutely terrible, basically asked me my name and handed me the key card and walked away. Got to the room and the ceiling was leaking all over the floor, nightstand and bed. I returned to the front desk and the same person was working, she offered to contact maintenance. I said that I needed another room or a refund. She offered for me to wait in the lobby until house keeping had another room ready. I declined and requested a refund. She fumbled around and proceeded to reprogram the key card for a different room and handed it back to me. Very confused, I accepted the key and went to the new room. No real issues with the room, but this is hands down the loudest hotel I have ever been in, could simultaneously hear conversations above us and next door to us and the traffic noise was so loud I couldn't make it through the night. Just a terrible experience.

Not bad but not great considering it’s one of the pricier options in the area. Check in staff was friendly. Room was freezing cold upon arrival so took some time before able to be comfy. Rooftop bar said open until 12, but when we went in for one drink at 11:30, they said sorry last call was 11:30 (despite others in there eating and drinking). Cool place otherwise. Breakfast was pretty good. Burger place on first floor was good and they were pleasant.

Room was nice, spacious & clean. No extra toilet paper was in the room, and no spare pillows for pullout sofa couch when we noted 4 people would be staying there. The front desk staff is typically friendly & helpful in our previous stays there. This time they were not. Felt as if we were an inconvenience at check in.
