The hotel is in overall nice condition. The room appeared nice and clean, but I found holes in the sheets and both bed sheets were dirty. Guest services was kind enough to replace both of them. The hotel is not located in the area where you can walk around downtown, and there was a lot of drug activity both around and on the premises, so we did not feel safe to leave the room. There was one person high walking around our car, the parking lot and through the hotel, as the building doors were accessible (not the main entrance). The rooftop deck was being used for an event, as well as drug activity, making it unpleasant for other guests to use. Due to this we did not stay our full stay, but left after the first night, as I honestly did not feel safe to leave my personal belongings behind in the room while I was not there. The hotel will not give a refund for day unattended, which I knew that to be the risk.

Wonderful breakfast, Wonderful staff. This is our stay for the hospital so we have been several times. Funny story, walked into the bathroom and a mouse was behind the toilet, ran at me, I screamed, it ran under the door and down the hall. Quite hilarious. :)) we will still be back.
