Staff definitely! Jackie (?) was exceptional. The king suite and bed and soft linens very comfortable. Only suggestion is to “bite the bullet” and use some descent trash liners! And TP you can’t see through. I know it’s all about dollars but for the price of the rooms, it would make a huge difference in how the hotel is perceived.
