The staff was helpful, although not particularly friendly or smiling. Unfortunately, the hotel had very strong odors throughout the building. There was a noticeable smell of smoke and strong air fresheners in several areas, and one of the two elevators often smelled like food from the kitchen. The most serious issue, however, was the extremely strong sewage smell in the room. I reported it upon arrival, and the reception said they would inform the housekeeping team the following day, but nothing improved during the stay. The gym also had a very stale, closed smell, which made it quite difficult to use comfortably. In addition, the room temperature was fixed at 26.5°C and it was not possible to lower it. The only option was to open the window, but since the room faced the street, it became very noisy. Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort of the stay.

Location is good with Macdonald and Kaufland nearby. Room is very clean with very comfortable pillows. Every night you are still given Euro 10 for playing at the casino. Breakfast is good and I will come back again.

One of the best hotels in our 11 day trip. We stayed 1 night, but we wish we could stay longer. We rented a car and there were ample parking spaces on a weekday. Modern clean rooms.
