Front staff was amazing. Parking not was dangerous due to ice, pretty pour conditions for a week after the storm. Bathroom shower was cracked and dingy looking. Breakfast was exceptional and overall a good stay but the parking lot and the bathroom couldn't go without notice.

The front desk man was friendly. The room was average. There wasn’t a lamp on the bed side table. Very strange. No chance of reading in bed. The breakfast had dried up egg sandwiches. Completely out of oatmeal at 8am. Hard boiled eggs were a good alternative. The morning lady working in the breakfast area was miserable. Other than her, staff was friendly and helpful.

The Outside is perfect New renovated And the lobby too looks new But the rooms are deception and breakfast is basic Not at all like Holiday inn express Not what I am used too I travel a lot Liked to take Fairfield’s but now they seem to (let go the hotels) Very disappointed and was still expensive Maybe we have the poor rooms when reserving by Hotel.com ….
