Overall this property surpassed my expectaions. The consierge was more than helpful! Went out pf her way to give me dining recommendations and places to go for drinks. Helped with transportaion rentals amd taxi rides as well. Place was clean and well kept. Restaurant was also very good! The only draw back is its about a 25 minute walk from Centro.

We loved our room and balcony with a hammock and comfortable seating. The room was nicely appointed, the bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was spacious with a good water flow. The cleaning staff were in every day and left us with fresh drinking water and towels if we requested a change. We did not use the kitchen in our room to cook but I would note that it did only contain eating utensils, dishes and basic pots. There were no sharp knives or other utensils although the staff were very accommodating and I'm sure if we had asked they would have provided what we needed. As we were there for a long stay we bought extra coffee pods for the coffee maker at the Chedraui in the centro as breakfast wasn't served until 9am and we are early risers. We ate at the restaurant every morning for the included breakfast that was always fresh and delicious and the rooftop dining in the evening was fabulous with tasty drinks and lovely servers. The two pools on-site are perfect. The larger "quiet" pool is cooler and tucked away in a secluded corner while the smaller pool is adjacent to the restaurant and lobby and gets a bit warmer from the sun. Both were quite lovely and had sufficient loungers for everyone. Pool towels from the front desk were large and plentiful. Located on the quiet end of Isla Holbox, a five minute walk to a fabulous swimming beach and a bit longer walk to beach clubs, restaurants and bars I would definitely recommend it.

this was absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been with. I love the experience at whole Bosch since I came in with reception even before I had an issue with the date and the receptionist was able to change them to the correct dates even after hotels.com did not want to do it. All of the staff is super wonderful super friendly. I love it and I can’t wait to go back.

It is a 30-40 minutes walk from the landing pier if the streets are dry, but due to the water pools on the streets it was not possible for us to reach the hotel walking. One would need a taxi (M$ 250) to get there. The hotel is rather new and very original, several bungalows around two (small) pools. Without the water pools on the street it is a less than 15 minutes walk to the coco beach (salinas with flamingos) and around 10 minutes to the casablanca beach. Even nearer is the bioluminiscencia area. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very good internet.
