Checked into room, I requested a ground floor room and was denied one. once into the room, had 2 double beds with 1 pillow on each bed. there were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. there were stains all over the sheets on both beds. There was 2 towels in the room and no hand towel, no wash cloths and no bath mat. we also discovered no toilet paper in the bathroom. the phone in the room did not work either. there were no trash cans in the room. we went down to the front desk to request these items and the lady brought up a set of towels and wash cloths and no extra pillows. there were men all out in the parking lot at all times of the day and night stumbling over and acting very suspicious. we could not even park in front of our room as there was no parking on that side of the building. I do not recommend staying at this hotel PERIOD!!! as a woman with children I was worried to death to even go to sleep to say the least.

Placed in a room between two families. Kids were outside and loud very late. The room was not clean. My feet were so black walking on the floor, I had to wash them before I got into the bed. Everything was falling apart and old

Upon check in, I was told not every room has a refrigerator and microwave, if I wanted one, I could rent one from them, or change to a more expensive room. I chose option two. The room was decent, but the towels were dingy and not soft, I went to Walmart to buy my own. The place I was supposed to hang my clothes was hanging off the wall about to fall. I stayed at a motel 6 years ago and swore I would not do it again, I figure I would give them another chance, I was wrong. I will never stay at a motel 6 again.

Cheap for a reason. Hot water, tv, and ac worked and that’s all I was looking for. HOWEVER what was a surprise was coming back late to my door being open (facing the interstate). Room of course not cleaned so why open? No reply from GM J Powell (Justin I believe). And J Powel don’t even think of saying I didn’t shut the door—I double checked as environment so sketchy (first clue was checking in not in a lobby but via a tiny cubby hole— surprised no bullet proof glass. Weird.) like a crime waiting to happen. Kept valuables with me in car or no doubt they would have been “missing”

Its a motel with the conference part with no access. Its cheap and if all your looking for is a place to sleep at night it meets those requirements. Staff was friendly and probably the best part.

Booked 5 nights. Did not stay 1 night…would not refund. It was dirty…smelly and people living in their cars in the parking lot. The room I booked was 2 queen beds, but wasn’t made up…then offered 2 other rooms that had 1 king and smelled horrible. Do not go there!!!!

Terrible experience. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. After waiting about 30 minutes, a staff member finally appeared and simply told us that there were no rooms available. They didn’t even check our reservation or look in the system to confirm anything. Instead, we were told to leave the lobby immediately. The staff asked us to go outside to an area that did not feel safe and forced us to leave the hotel without any assistance. The lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
