Our recent stay at Hotel Excelsior was extremely disappointing due to an ant infestation. On our first night, my child noticed a few ants on the floor, which we initially dismissed. However, the situation escalated on our second night when we returned to find numerous ants scurrying on the floor and even on our beds.We immediately informed the receptionist, who contacted the manager, but he was unavailable. With no other rooms available, the staff's solution was to clean the sheets, which did not address the underlying problem. The presence of ants in our beds made it impossible for us to stay, and my children were particularly disturbed by the situation. We had to find other accommodations late at night and were told to return the next morning to discuss a possible refund. The following day, the manager, Mattis, was unprepared to issue a refund but offered another room for our last night. By then, we had already paid for alternative lodging, making a return to the hotel inconvenient. Mattis advised us to request a refund through Expedia. However, when we did so, the hotel denied our request for a refund.Overall, the hotel was a disappointment. The fact that they were unable to resolve the issue or provide a refund is truly unacceptable in a service business. Cleanliness and effective management are crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction. I hope future guests have a better experience.

Esperienza assolutamente negativa.Parcheggio gratuito si ,ma con posti limitati ,non per tutti gli ospiti dell'albergo..e dal momento che uno scrive parcheggio gratuito si deve fare carico che ogni ospite abbia il suo posto garantito.Il posto c'e stato dato ma a pagamento nell'altro parcheggio dell'albergo.Aria condizionata presente nella camera ma rotta.Accendiamo l'aria ma il motore esterno faceva un rumore così assordante da disturbare noi e gli altri ospiti dell'albergo.Nella camera era presente un condizionatore portatile,segno evidente che il problema persisteva già da tempo,ma tenere acceso il climatizzatore nella camera non era proprio piacevole anche perché il rumore era fastidioso.Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception subito all arrivo e ci hanno detto che lo avrebbero aggiustato il giorno dopo, in alternativa ci avrebbero dato un'altra camera.Ma che? Niente di niente.Fortunatamente il mio soggiorno e' durato solo due notti. Al checkout abbiamo sottolineato il problema ma la ragazza della reception non ne sapeva nulla. Una persona va in vacanza per riposarsi ...e poi la notte diventa un calvario..Dimenticavo..Minifrigo in camera non funzionante.Mai piu.Evitate la camera 406

Lage in Strandnähe ist top. Das Hotel bietet was man in der Preisklasse erwarten kann. Gegen das Frühstück kann man nichts sagen, außer das der Kaffee vom Automaten kommt. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist Büffett, entsprechend nicht schlecht, aber auch nichts besonderes.

L'hotel si trova in posizione strategica rispetto a Pescara, solo 11 Km, e rispetto al mare, solo 100 m. con accesso alla spiaggia, ombrellone, sdraio e lettino, colazione e parcheggio ricompresi nel costo della camera, quindi, decisamente conveniente. Per il resto ha tutte le caratteristiche di un 3 stelle.e ka scomodità di non avere il bidet nel bagno. Modesta e senza varietà la colazione. Personale garbato e disponibile.

All'arrivo l'occhio è rimasto molto deluso: struttura molto fatiscente e ho capito perché sul sito non c'erano foto dello stabile... Le camere a mio avviso sarebbero da rimordenare un po'.
