The manager Valerie was great. She was there for whatever I needed and she’s very friendly cares about the people staying there and their pets, I’m very pleased with my stay. Thank you Valerie 😁

The bed was comfortable and the lady at the desk was nice. But, there were several items that needed maintenance. Not very well cared for property.

I booked this place based on Expedia reviews and pics. Total lies. This place is dirty, stained, bugs, smelled awful, bathroom had not been cleaned since last ppl stayed there. We left and slept in the car. Just Don’t

WAS NOT WORTH IT. BAD PLACE TO STAY

Hotel needs a lot of up keep, room was not cleaned very good, heater and air didn't work, only 1 person working the front desk, was told that maintenance would fix heater and they didn't. Most likely will not stay there again. Was a BAD deal

Requested a king room, but gave a Us 2 queen room & charged extra! Bath area floor was sticky, apparently not cleaned well. Changed reservation to only one night, said we had to go thru Expedia for refund even thou they took payment at hotel.

Do not stay here

1st room they gave me- key didn’t work. 2nd room they gave me- key didn’t work. 3rd room they gave me- key worked, but no hand soap, no facial tissue, no cups, sheet missing on one bed, outlet by sink did not work, bird droppings all over outside. Disgusting. But front desk clerk and cleaning lady very courteous.

Hotel S’Nasty

Room was in terrible condition. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Tub was in horrible shape look very dirty. No working smoke detector and no battery (see picture) - not sure how they missed seeing that. No soap, no shampoo. Lots of drywall repairs in the room. Had about five channels for the cable. Oh and they said not to put the thermostat below 70 because the AC units will freeze up and if they do they’ll charge us for it. Seriously?! On top of all of that hotels.com listed the price of the room at $71 but I actually paid $171, I guess because it’s Stillwater, Oklahoma and there was a home game. Still seems like price gouging to me. Plus, when I checked in, they actually had to run to the room for some reason and make sure it was ‘prepared’. Would’ve thought they’d done that before I arrived. On the plus side it was only for one night.

This is a disaster of a motel. It is in terrible disrepair. Rooms are not available when stated. Plugins do not work. Many rooms have open doors and the rooms are full of trash. Bare wires hanging from ceiling. No one is available at the front desk, even when arrangements have been made. I had to get a room at another hotel after paying for this room in advance. Fire escape stairwells are closed. Broken bathroom door. If the motel comes back and says this is a fake review, go look at the place yourself. I was stuck in room 237.

Bathroom light burned out. Asked 3 times before it was replaced. No front desk persons on site: All work by phone (from home maybe?). Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Trash not emptied, no coffee added or cups replaced on 2nd and 3rd days stay.

Dont stay here!!!

This place was terrible!!!!! The absolute worst hotel i have ever stayed at. There was mold in the bath tub, no toilet paper, our tv didnt work amd there was NO SMOKE/CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR, they had been removed from every room!!! They also expected you to provide your own toilet paper and there was no breakfast as advertised on the hotels.com website

This place is a scam. There is no one to answer the phone and it is a digital check in. Never will consider Executive Inn again!
Samuel, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room had no water or coffee cups. Door almost needs a shoulder block to open after unlocking it. The TV has only one channel apparently. I went to the desk 20-30 minutes after i checked in to inquire about to channels (hadn't noticed the cup situation yet), no one at the desk and a call here number. I called she answered, i told the problem she said she would get another remote to see if that was the issue. I told her i was in the lobby, i waited 5-10 minutes, returned to my room and waited. Left an hour later, no return phone call or follow-up. Came back three hours later still no one at desk, said screw it and went back to my room. I'm a more knowledgeable TBN viewer now. Sheets looks like they were thrown out from nicer hotels in the area and and the comforter is what i remember from 1986 as a teen. The towels look like they possibly came from Goodwill as well, not one matching thing. But the important part the mattress was nice and I didn't find bed critters

The door to my room was very hard to get locked. The blow dryer did not work. The sign on the window said HBO available. I only had channels one through 24 or 25 and no HBO. There were bugs in the light fixture above the lavatory sink. There were no bedside lamps.
Pam, 2-night trip

The property is in need of repairs and updates. It is also very dirty. I could not sleep because of the neighbors coming and going all night as well as people screaming at each other. It feels very unsafe. I would not recommend a stay here. It’s a poor value as well.

Interview

I felt like the check-in was less than professional. After checking in when I went to my room was greeted by a dog on a leash but was trying hard to get off that leash. The TV didn't work but they did come fix it. The room smelled like wet dog, used a can of Lysol still smelled. Lot of flies in the room. The walls and furniture had dog bites on them. Not everyone likes dogs or that awful smell. The pillows were flat, very outdated. The lamps had rust on the bases. Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. The location is very outdated and in need of a facelift. Believe the reviews you read about this property being poor. Yes it is low in price so you do get what you pay for.
Jerry, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property is old but the beds were wonderful. Manager was friendly. No breakfast this morning as the doors were locked after 7am.

Sorry I choose to stay there

DIRTY, HAD TO GO GET TOWELS ON OUR OWN FROM OFFICE AS WELL AS TOILET PAPER. NO ONE WAS EVER IN OFFICE WE HAD TO TEXT A NUMBER THEN TELL THE NUMBER WHAT WE NEEDED AND EVENTUALLY IT WOULD SHOW UP. OUR ROOM WAS DIRTY WITH TRASH BEHIDE NIGHTSTANDS FROM LAST TENNANT, OUR ROOM SMELLED LIKE A BACKED UP TOILET FROM TIME TO TIME UNTIL MAINTENANCE FINNALY SHOWED UP TO SNAKE THE DRAIN IN THE SINK. OUR TOILET WAS LOOSE AND ROCKED FROM SIDE TO SIDE AT THE FLOOR. CIELINGS WERE CRACKED AND WE HAD TO HAVE THE TV FIXED BEFORE WE COULD USE IT AND THAT WAS NOT UNTIL THE 2ND DAY WE WERE THERE. STAFF WAS COURTEOUS BUT COULD NEVER BE FOUND.
AnnaFaye, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

We were not provided with any towels, tissues or trash cans. towels and extra blankets were provided upon request. The door didn't open or close easily, appearing as if someone had busted through the door before, leaving it damaged. There was hair on the beds and crumbs on another. The bathroom had hair on the floor and had screws along the baseboard. This motel is in desperate need of work!!!! The staff were very friendly however! Thank you for your kind tips of OK law.
Jessica, 1-night trip

That was the worst hotel I ever stayed in I would not stay at it or any other Executive Inn again and will tell my family and friends about it
