The hotel was really cool. It was a perfect setup for my family with a loft bedroom that had an attached bathroom. The living room had a pull out bed for my twin boys. The master bedroom had french doors that closed as well as our own private bathroom. There was a little kitchen that was perfect for us with plates, bowls, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, oven, and fridge. I didn’t want to rate our stay less than excellent but I will say it wasn’t as clean as it could be. It didn’t make our stay any less excellent but there was some garbage under the beds and a few other minor things that I noticed that I do wish could have been a little cleaner but other than that it was a really great stay! Thanks!

I needed to be out of the house because Flooring was put down. This place was perfect for that. It was a large room with a bedroom area, a full kitchen and a loveseat chair and TV. I could bring my cat and it was very comfortable not five star because it isn’t nice enough for that. And on the weekends, I have to say there was a lot of people there, but it was still pretty quiet.

The room came with a lot of things we needed for our stay. It was nice to have plates and silverware available to reheat leftovers. There was a single wash worth of dish washer detergent. There was also dish soap by the sink but no sponge to clean dishes with so we had to run one load of dishes at the end with only 4 dishes in it. We were also there for 4 days and never saw any evidence of a maid visiting while we were out. We had to use the same towels for all 4 days or call the front desk for more. The floors were also had some spots when we first checked in, like it needed mopped. There were also issues with the water pipes banging in the walls at 5 am when our neighbor was showering, which woke us up. There was also air in the water line so when we used the sink or flushed the water would sputter a little bit. I was disappointed in my stay here.

This was the perfect property for our stay in St. Louis. The location was great for our needs, rooms are very large with lots of storage. Kitchen was lacking a bit, needing more dishes and silverware. It was quiet, comfortable and convenient. Will stay here again.

Not really for starters everything was dirty but appeared clean and in place. Dishes had dirty smudges, trash wasn’t taken out, tub had a dirt ring, the pull out bed had the shot bottle of fireball liquor and full of snack trash, and the pillow cases had hair on them. Kitchen also didn’t come fully filled with dishes I was missing pots and knives. Under the bed had lots of missed trash. The fridge wouldnt shut so it’s wasn’t keeping food cold. I didn’t have time to address the situation due to me being behind schedule prior to booking, but the room wasn’t in good shape. Staff were nice and polite.
