We really like this airport hotel and have stayed there three times. It is very clean, conveniently situated and has some excellent facilities such as microwave and fridge in the spacious rooms, a good free coffee machine in the reception area and extras like free fruit and cookies at certain times. Breakfast is standard HIE complete with warm cinnamon buns!! The pool is cold but a good size so if you can cope with the refreshing temperature you can get some decent exercise! The location is on the bay shore but the area seems quite run down. However you can still have a fairly pleasant walk.

This was a great location, the room was clean, the staff were exceptionally nice to us. We stayed 3 days and had breakfast all 3 days. You could make pancakes or have cinnamon buns every day and hot food was on a rotation, bacon one day, sausages the other. Delicious veggie omelets and your basics like cereals and yogurt. There is a swimming pool but we didnt take advantage of it as it was pretty cold out and its fully outdoors. With a free shuttle to and from the airport this is a great place to stay!

However, there were several issues: the toilet ran frequently, the air conditioner was quite loud, and the shower head was difficult to adjust, offering only limited positions. The refrigerator was also not working, and it appeared it wasn’t plugged in, with no convenient way to connect it without unplugging other devices. Overall, this hotel is suitable for a short stay, such as before a flight, but may not be ideal for a longer vacation.
