Because I have raised legitimate areas of concern with this property, one of the clerks NOT named Ashley or Mikey has unilaterally maintained a HOLD on my bank account and method of usual payment.
Hotels have a right to do this, of course, but the morning manager earlier today, barked at me in protest---very unprofessional---and scoffed at me after I shared with him ongoing concerns about the dilapidated furniture in two of my recent rooms chosen for me, and about the wieful Wifi this hotel refuses to upgrade fir the convenience of guests!
Therefore, even though my account has NOT had HOLDS on it during any of my previous 20 stays this year, the morning manager on duty at 7:15 am August 5, chose to be retaliatory and unprofessional...just because he could.
The right choice will be for him to be reprimanded for his outlandish and childish behavior.
Moreover, the property should offer me a FREE night's stay and an apology from this poor Man. Ashley and Mikey would never stoop so low!
